It is 6 minutes from the subway station (Cardeal Arcoverde), allowing you to access other beaches and postcard-perfect sights in the city. The apartment is cozy and comfortable, with a well-designed layout divided into a small living room, bedroom, and living room. It is well equipped, with a clothes rack and blackout curtains.

Guest access:

-The building is quiet, has an elevator, offers guests 24-hour concierge service.

-Guests will have access to all rooms shown in the photos in the ad.

-The accommodation can be accessed by private vehicles, bus, subway, taxi, and Uber.

Attention!

- Access in swimwear or without a shirt must be through the service entrance.

- Do not hang clothes on balconies or windows or throw any objects out of the window.

- Do not smoke in any area of the condominium, among others.

- When leaving the unit, do not leave equipment such as fans, air conditioning on, or lights on.

- Unit keys cannot be left at the front desk. Likewise, do not linger on the stairs or in the building's hallways, do not organize parties, respect the quiet hours (10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.), and avoid loud noises and talking.

- Visitors or people who have not booked the space with us are not allowed without prior authorization. Prior identification of all guests with official photo ID is mandatory.

-After payment, cancellation of the reservation is subject to a 5% fee. Please note that for cancellations closer to the check-in date, the general rule remains the same, respecting the cancellation policy of the ad.

-We are not responsible for any construction or amenities of the Condominium that are not available during the reservation. If any of these items are important to your reservation, please consult us in advance.

-The toilet, sinks, and drains are not designed for the disposal of non-organic material. Do not throw paper, sanitary pads, sand, or any other foreign material into the plumbing. Clogs caused by misuse will be charged.

-Misuse of towels, bedding, and upholstery, holes, or stains will be charged according to the cost of repair. Be careful with makeup, sunscreen, suntan lotion, cigarettes, ink, markers, etc.

-To ensure the safety and preservation of the property during the rental period, we charge a security deposit. This amount will be refunded in full at the end of the rental period, provided there is no damage to the property or breach of the conditions set forth in the contract.

-The security deposit will be processed within 30 to 60 days after the end of the stay, depending on the time required by the card administrator.

-Changes to the number of guests are subject to an extra charge.

-Electricity will be charged for stays of 20 nights or more.
